The repertoire for our next concert on Sunday 9th November contains Shrek Soundtrack Highlights, Calypso Carol, Nessum Dorma, Hypatia (March), High on a Hill (Trumpet Solo), Young Person's Guide to John Williams, Sea Songs by Vaughan Williams, Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana and El Camino Real.
We performed On Wings of Magic at the Toowoomba eisteddfod in late July. Great news - we received a Highly Commended Award!
In addition to all of this, we are rehearsing our way through a completely "new" set of Toe-tappers and then preparing for our annual Christmas carol performances at the Wonderland by Lights on 8th and 15th Dec.
